Debre Berhan Health Science College is one of the 35 universities and regional health science colleges selected for the in-service training sites. The college could equip the training hall with necessary equipment: chairs, tables, LCD projector, and computer lab. The FMOH has started to create the trainers pool and prepared the standard training manuals. The college has already started its journey by giving training on STI, comprehensive family planning, and mothers support group. other training are planned to be provided until next year. The FMOH has formulated a formal structure that consists of the training director, the ICT professional, and the secretary. The college is discussing on the issue with the regional health bureau to realize the structure.
