FDT is one of sub branch of the educational development center (EDC), which aims at improving educational quality at the college.
Role and Responsibilities of the team
- Making a need assessment and isolating gaps of instructors
- Searching for training for identified gaps and writing proposals
- Indentifying those instructors who takes TOT training
- Preparing training manuals
- Organizing and facilitating the training by (Preparing attendance sheet, Preparing material usage sheet, Letting participants and trainers fill necessary formats, Making ready any equipments and materials which aids the training like laptop, LCD , divider and the like, Making sure that the training hall is clean and chairs ,tables and other materials are in place)
- Providing schedule for new instructors to have an experience sharing from senior instructors before beginning teaching learning process
- Preparing a program for experience sharing with other role model staffs or organizations
- Organizing departments to share their intra and inter experience within the college
